Our No Risk Returns Policy

Our 14 days returns policy makes your purchase from Chancellorsart.com risk free. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or full refund (minus the cost of return shipping which you will need to pay).
Contact us first (i.e. before you return it) and within 14 days of your receipt of the print.
The print must be returned by a signed for delivery service. It must be returned in the same condition as it left our premises, must be appropriately packaged (using the original packaging is best) and must be fully insured.

Authenticity

We take a great deal of care to ensure the authenticity of the prints we sell and are confident that our descriptions are accurate. All of our artworks are signed and numbered by the artist (unless otherwise stated). If you would like to see any additional images (such as a close up of the signature) please let us know.

Condition

Our website description of condition is not exhaustive. We are happy to provide a fuller condition report on request. All dimensions given are approximate. For technical reasons, images on our website cannot be exactly the same as the print itself.

Viewing

You are welcome, where practical, to make an appointment to view the print(s) of interest. Just contact us to discuss options. We may, for example, be able to bring the print to you, arrange for you to visit us or meet at an agreed venue.

BUYING

Please contact us by phone or e-mail if you are interested in purchasing a print (or gift voucher) or in finding out more about a particular item. You can also purchase the print online using a credit/debit card simply by clicking the BUY button next to the relevant print.
Once you have submitted your order, it will be assumed that you have accepted the terms of business described on the website. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries.

We are sometimes able to accept offers on our prints. If you would like to make an offer, please contact us by phone, email, or click the MAKE AN OFFER button next to the relevant print.

Shipping

The shipping of original works of art requires special packing and care. We have been able to negotiate excellent shipping rates with reliable firms. The postage and insurance rates will be calculated prior to your purchase of the piece.
Once you have placed your order, we will confirm the timing of the shipment. Deliveries within the UK and Europe usually take between 1 and 3 days from dispatch to arrival. Elsewhere may take a little longer.

Availability

We do our best to keep our website up to date at all times but we cannot categorically guarantee that a particular print will definitely be available when you contact us (since it may just have been sold, for example).

SELLING

If you have a print that you wish to sell, please do contact us to discuss this. We may wish to buy it outright or to sell it on our website on commission. Obviously, this will depend on the work itself, condition, suitability and our reaching agreement on price.
